This notice explains what Retry Logix, LLC ("we") collects through spyndel.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Download requests: your name, work email, organization, job title, intended use, and whether you want product updates.
• Pricing requests: your name, work email, company, optional phone number, team size, library size, deployment preference and message.
• Technical data: the IP address and browser information sent with each request, kept in server logs to protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

• To send you the download link and respond to your request.
• To follow up about Spyndel. You will get product updates only if you asked for them.
• To understand who uses Spyndel and improve it.

We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run the site and send email, and they process it only on our behalf.

Your documents

Spyndel runs on your own infrastructure. Documents you add to a self-hosted Spyndel stay in your environment and are not sent to us. If you configure an AI provider for the Ask feature, questions and the relevant statements are sent to that provider under your agreement with them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any email from us or writing to us through the contact form.
